Originator Model

Through AOMR’s relationship with Angel Oak’s affiliated mortgage origination channels, the firm is able to primarily utilize an “originator model” of sourcing loans, offering tangible value and differentiation relative to an “aggregator model” dependent on third party origination and underwriting. The originator model allows for at-the-source verification of credit, delivering the potential for a more accurate risk and return analysis.
