Daniel Johnson, CPA

Daniel serves as an Accounting Manager at Angel Oak Mortgage REIT, Inc. where he is responsible for operational accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Angel Oak, Daniel spent seven years with Grant Thornton LLP, advancing to Audit Manager. In that role, he managed audit engagements for both public and private companies across a diverse range of industries.

Daniel holds a B.B.A in Accounting from Charleston Southern University and a Master of Accountancy from Clemson University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Georgia.
